Where is your catering menu?
We don't have one. Simply because we can do pretty much anything! We will work with you to create the best menu for whatever your need may be. We have gluten free and vegan/vegaterian options as well. The best thing to do is to send us an email with your needs!
How early do I need to place an order?
We would love a 48 hour advance notice for all catering orders of 12+.
Same day orders may be able to be done but will depends on the specifics of the day. Please remember we are small and our kitchen can only accommodate so much at one time. Notice is always appreciated.
How do I place an order?
Please contact our Catering Coordinator at to place your order. If it is a same-day delivery, please call 845.789.1199 instead of email as we aren't always checking it till later in the day.
Do you delivery and is there a minimum order?
We request a minimum of $60 per delivery order. Otherwise, we will gladly prepare it for you to pick up at Reverie. We can not guarantee delivery will be available for same day orders. If you need delivery, please place your order at least 48 hours in advance.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free during our normal business hours and for orders within 5 miles of our location. There is a $10 delivery fee for deliveries outside of this time frame and 5 mile radius. The delivery fee is waived on orders over $250.
When will my delivery arrive?
Your order will be delivered within a 15-minute window before your requested time.
What information do I need to provide when placing my order?
Please give us the delivery location when placing your order along with the name & phone number of an on-site contact person who will be present at the delivery location during the delivery time window. Please have your payment information ready when placing your order.
What is included in my delivery order?
We will deliver your order and set it up (if needed). We can provide plates, napkins, & flatware for $.50/person if requested at the time the order is placed. Salad tongs are available for $1.00 each if requested.
Are there any other charges I can expect?
Return trips to clean up, pick up cambros, chafers, drop off extra food, etc. will incur an additional delivery charge. Very large deliveries may require extra service and additional charges may apply.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your order, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the delivery and/or pick-up time. Cancellation charges may apply if less notice is given.
Am I required to leave a gratuity?
Gratuities for the delivery and set-up staff are always welcomed but are left to your discretion.
